Cavaliers: Act or Effort?

Before going into this series, there was a lot of hype built around it but has it lived up to those expectations?

Not a chance.

The hype was built up about as high as Trumps invisible wall, and after 2 games it was simply non-existent. You have the 2 dream teams from each conference coming into this championship series with as much confidence as “the situation” had in the jersey shore but one teams confidence faltered to that of Akon singing Mr.Lonely.

Now one might ask, is this just an act that the Cavaliers are putting on so that they can catch the Warriors off guard? If so, this is one hell of an Oscar worthy performance that they are putting on and it has me and the rest of the basketball world bamboozled.

Everyone wanted a heavyweight fight with haymakers being thrown from start to finish but only the Durant led Warriors are the ones who are throwing knockout shots and the Cavs haven’t been able to keep their guard up. Not to say that Cleveland isn’t putting up a fight but every time they have tried to throw a hook or a jab, it feels like a shot in the dark. Now, the (two part) million-dollar question is, are they out of this series, or do they have the confident Warriors right where they want them?

In my opinion, I believe the Cavaliers still have some fight left in them and if you know the king, then you know he’s going to go out fighting.
