Before tonight's game, look at the stats!!!
Durant is more consistent with a more consistent free throw and almost half the turnovers that LeBron has.
Sure, LeBron has him beat in some categories but my stats can only measure so much, and they still place Durant over LeBron. Not to mention, the intangibles that both bring to the court, LeBron is a phenomenon, however Durant is competing as a teammate who uses every outlet and pass possible.
LeBron is still at the top of his game, but Durant has no doubt been making it harder for him on both ends of the court. Whether that be with a few blocks here and there, or the dagger to put the game to bed.
With consistent shot contesting and being able to score on the fast break, Durant has been the best player thus far of the NBA Finals.
